Pet-Friendly Vacation Rental

Up to two dogs (max 50 pounds). Other dogs/pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Fee is $175 per dog for 7 nights, $25 per dog per night for shorter stays. Please note that there is fencing across the back and sides of the property but not the front. All fencing is owned and maintained by neighbors. The owners of Sunset Chaser are not responsible for the condition of any fencing around the property. 

50% deposit due at booking. 50% balance due 60 days before check in.

Maximum 5 guests, including children and infants. No air mattresses/sleeping bags.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. No parties. 

No smoking of any substance or vaping anywhere on property, inside or outside.
